The Mayan Ruins in
Playa Del Carmen
. These are amazing. Wow what an adventure to see and climb all these ruins. I wish I could go back in time and see how and why they built these. It's funny to picture people long ago building and living inside these block homes and the stairs. Why all the stairs. Maybe the more
wealthy people lived on top of these huge walls in 10x10 foot homes. It was a great
experience to see these. Also when you climbed to the top of the ruins you could see the ocean. I bet they would wait for ships to sail in so they could be ready for battle or for company. Who knows?
